Why we started doing this

We started Tulsa Roofing Pro because too many homeowners in the Tulsa metro were getting bad outcomes from storm-driven roof claims. Out-of-state storm chasers descended after every major event. Adjusters underbid claims because no one was there to advocate. Homeowners signed contracts under time pressure they didn't need to be under. Warranty issues surfaced years later with no one to call.

What we won't do

• We won't “eat” your deductible. Oklahoma law prohibits contractors from paying, waiving, or absorbing insurance deductibles. Illegal for us; can void your claim. Any contractor offering this is offering to put you at legal risk.
• We won't inflate claim estimates. Insurance fraud, again. Adjusters detect inflated claims, and the consequences fall on the homeowner as much as the contractor.
• We won't recommend replacement when repair is right. We'll tell you honestly when patching is the better call.
• We won't pressure you into same-day signatures. Real contractors give you time. We'll be here tomorrow if you need more time today.
• We won't use cheap materials to pad margins. The shingle lines we install are the ones we'd put on our own homes.

Our standards

Every project follows current Oklahoma building code, manufacturer specifications for the chosen shingle system, and our internal installation standards (which often exceed both). The full system warranty — manufacturer plus our 10-year workmanship warranty — is contingent on installation done to spec. We don't cut corners on the elements that determine whether a roof lasts 20 years or 12.
