Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using tulsaroofingpro.com (the “Site”) or engaging Tulsa Roofing Pro for services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

Services

Tulsa Roofing Pro provides residential and commercial roofing services in the Tulsa, Oklahoma metropolitan area, including hail damage repair, storm damage restoration, wind damage repair, full roof replacement, emergency tarping, and insurance claim assistance. Services may be performed by, and calls to the number on the Site may be answered by or routed to, participating independent local contractors, and the Site may receive compensation for connecting homeowners with providers. Specific service scope is defined in the written work agreement signed for each project.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates and quotes provided through the Site, by phone, or in person are non-binding until a written work agreement is signed by both parties. Final pricing depends on the inspection findings, scope of work, and material selection. Insurance-driven projects depend on carrier approval; we cannot guarantee specific carrier outcomes.

Insurance claim handling

Tulsa Roofing Pro assists with insurance claim filing and adjuster coordination as part of our standard service. We are not insurance agents or public adjusters. We do not represent your insurance carrier and cannot guarantee specific claim outcomes. We will not waive, eat, or rebate any portion of your insurance deductible — Oklahoma law prohibits contractors from paying, waiving, or absorbing insurance deductibles.

Free choice clause

You retain the right to choose any roofing contractor for your project. Estimates and inspections provided by Tulsa Roofing Pro are non-binding; no obligation to engage us exists prior to signing a work agreement.

Warranty

Materials installed by Tulsa Roofing Pro are warranted by their manufacturers according to the specific manufacturer warranty for the chosen product line. Tulsa Roofing Pro provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on installation, covering defects in installation labor only. Workmanship warranty does not cover damage from subsequent storms, normal wear, or modifications by parties other than Tulsa Roofing Pro.

All installations conform to current Oklahoma building code, manufacturer specifications for the chosen system, and standard industry practices.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, design, code — is the property of Tulsa Roofing Pro or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Tulsa Roofing Pro's total liability arising out of any project or our use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific project or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tulsa Roofing Pro harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or any work you commission us to perform that is materially affected by your direction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
